Here's a collection of my Flash projects created for University or the sheer fun of coding Actionscript. A couple of projects listed here are not all of my own work, some are collaborations done in conjunction with other authors.

Poseidon icon Poseidon: God of the Seas

A type-em-up game designed to teach the concept of touch typing and spelling with a keyboard. Based on Greek mythology, the player must save drowning sailors from the depths of the ocean. Coding done by myself, graphics done by Paul Bird and Sound/Documentation by Gavin Jones. At over 1000 lines of code, this was one of the much larger projects created.

The XML Photo Gallery is a free flash based XML image gallery for use within websites. With this grid-based image gallery, you can display an array of images with thumbnail/full size support! Coded in Flash CS3.

The XML Gallery is a free flash based XML image gallery for use within websites. With this nifty scroller not only can you display an array of images, you can also link them to other pages - neato! Coded in Flash CS3 to teach myself the concept of programming in packages.

Cookie icon The Cookie Jar

This is a little flash animation I produced for a university project, telling a story of Cookie’s adventure to define my ‘Digital Personality’. All content designed and animated in Flash CS3 and was created using 2300 frames over 9 scenes.
